Examples of Each type of Marcromolecule found in Nature

Carbohydrates: In animals, carbs help produce energy. The animals store the excess sugar and when there blood runs low the excess sugar or glycogen provide the necessary energy.

Lipids: Categories of Lipids are fats, oils, and waxs. Lipids  include cooking oils. You might see things on food package lables with words like unsaturated or saturated. Theses words mean how much fatty acid is in them.

Nucleic Acids- Contains RNA-(sortof like the messenger) containing the sugar ribose and DNA(the transmit of genetics) contain the sugar deoxyribose.

Proteins-  there are 20 different amino acids found  in nature. Proteins help you get stronger and is in alot foods.
